The fourth biggest laptop company is Lenovo Group Limited. Lenovo has
been growing rapidly in the recent years, especially after Lenovo bought
IBM and ThinkPad. Most people thought ThinkPad would lose its quality
after the takeover but Lenovo cleverly bought all the IBM division to
maintain ThinkPad’s quality. Until now, the most popular brand from
Lenovo is ThinkPad although Lenovo just created two superb IdeaPad (U110
and Y510)
About Lenovo ThinkPad – This brand has a different and unique design
from other laptops. However, it doesn’t mean I like the design of
ThinkPad. The most interesting from ThinkPad is its keyboard which is
very comfortable. ThinkPad is designed for professional people and it is
probably the most popular ultraportable notebook. Beside all of these
things, ThinkPad also has the best tablet's functionality. Lenovo enjoys
the sales of their ThinkPad X61, T61, and X300.
IdeaPad S10 –The computer market has seen an onslaught of laptop models
in the recent past. There are various models to satisfy your basic
computing needs, however some models can help you take the usage to the
next level. One such useful laptop is the Lenovo IdeaPad S10.
ThinkPad SL400 –Lenovo tries to increase its market share by creating
new and innovative laptops recently. ThinkPad notebooks, as usual, are
always good and never disappointed me. The brand new SL400 is another
great innovation. The casing design is half plastic and half magnesium
alloy, similar to Dell Vostro 1310. It's not pretty but enough to reduce
the production cost.

ThinkPad X200 – Lenovo released the new ThinkPad X200. This new laptop
uses the latest platform from Intel (Montevina). The processor looks
much better with Core 2 Duo P8600. Of course the most important things
is its price. Start from $1,150-$1,500, ThinkPad X200 becomes much more
reasonable option than the previous X300.
IdeaPad U110 –Lenovo IdeaPad U110 reminds me to the most popular
ultraportable laptop, Apple MacBook Air. With thickness only 0.8",
Lenovo IdeaPad U110 could be the next one that travelers and busy people
are looking for. The dimension size (7.7x10.8x0.8") is better than
ThinkPad X300 despite its size screen (which is only 11.1") does help a
lot.
ThinkPad X300 –The competition to create thin laptops have already
begun. Since Apple introduced the MacBook Air, Toshiba then produced
Portege R500-11J and R500-11I. Now Lenovo creates its own ThinkPad X300.
This laptop maybe is not as thin as MacBook Air but X300 has almost the
same weight as MacBook Air. In general, I think ThinkPad X300 is a
little bit better than.
IdeaPad Y510 - IdeaPad Y510 is another nice, promising, and cheap laptop
from Lenovo. Most new notebooks are more expensive, usually their price
tag is above $1,200. However, Lenovo has another idea. They realize
people are searching for cheap laptops, such as the oldie MacBook Pro
15” or Asus Eee PC 4G. Lenovo then made their idea come true with their
brand new IdeaPad Y510.
ThinkPad T61 – This notebook is the latest product of 14.1" Lenovo
laptops. Although most people now are searching for wider laptops, but
Lenovo ThinkPad T61 successfully stole the world’s attention since
Lenovo released it. The performance of this laptop is awesome, you even
won’t see any delays when you open new program or switch between two or
three programs.
ThinkPad X61 Tablet - Convertible tablet Personal Computers have been
very popular recently. Lenovo launched this product to search new loyal
customers. With only around $1,678.99 from Amazon.com, you’ll get the
best performance from a laptop which uses 1.6 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo as
its processor, 2 GB Memory, and Intel GMA X3100 Graphics Card. In many
popular computer magazines, ThinkPad X61 Tablet never failed to steal
the editors’ attention.
